Labia Minora Reduction (Labiaplasty)-Cleveland Plastic Surgery Case of the Week

The patient below came from Columbus, Ohio to see Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery  about Labia Minora reduction. She felt that her inner vaginal lips were too large and protruding and wanted them to be be recessed below the level of the outer labia majora. Her chief complaints were both cosmetic and functional (irritation and pulling when she exercised). She underwent the labiaplasty in a short outpatient procedure that was performed with mild oral sedation and local anesthesia at his Cleveland, Ohio West side office.  She is shown at 3 months post-op. She was very pleased with the surgical result of her vagina modification.

Breast augmentation with silicone implants-Cleveland Plastic Surgery Case of the Week

This patient from Columbus, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his Cleveland West side office to discuss  breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. She was an “A” cup and wanted to be a “C to D”. She was 5’4″ and 120 lbs and selected 350 cc moderate profile, smooth round silicone implants with a sub-muscular approach. Her results are shown at 3 months and she is very happy with her breast enhancement.

The patient below came from Eerie, Pa to see Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery  about Labia Minora reduction to modify the appearance of her vaginal lips. She underwent the labiaplasty in a short outpatient procedure that was performed with mild oral sedation and local anesthesia at his Cleveland West side office.  She is shown at 3 months post-op. She was very pleased with the surgical result of her labia modification.
