This patient from Youngstown, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie to discuss breast augmentation for volume enhancement as well as symmetry correction. her right breast was smaller than her left breast and she desired diffeent sized implants to correct the asymmetry. Her breast enhancement surgery was performed in Cleveland, Ohio on the east side. During the surgery a 210 cc smooth round saline breast implant was placed on the left side and a 290 cc breast implant was placed on the right . She is shown one year after surgery and is very pleased with her breast asymmetry correction and her new breast size.

This patient from Canton, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie in Cleveland, Ohio for breast enhancement with silicone breast implants.At the consultation Dr. Medalie felt that she had too much droop for implants alone and recommended a peri-areolar mastopexy as well (breast lift). She is 5’4″ and 130 lbs and selected 350 cc smooth round silicone implants with a sub-muscular/dual plane approach.Her breast lift was performed simultaneously, and the peri-areolar incision was used both for the lift and the placement of the implants. Her results are shown at 3 months and she is very happy with her breast enhancement.

Labiaplasty and vaginoplasty are becoming more and more common.
Before you begin navigating through this site or surfing the web, its important to know what procedure you are looking for. Depending on your need, there are three common procedures performed to the vulva.
Labiaplasty: For women that experience discomfort when wearing tight pants or exercising or feel embarassement about the size of their labia, labiaplasty surgery (also known as labia minora reduction or labioplasty) is the right procedure.

The patient below underwent labiaplasty (labia minora reduction) in a short outpatient procedure that was performed with mild oral sedation and local anesthesia. She is shown at 3 months post-op. She was very pleased with her surgical result.

This patient from Columbus, Ohio contacted Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland, Ohio east side office to discuss vaginoplasty and labiaplasty (labia minora reduction). She had two children and had an episiotomy with each child birth. Her complaints consisted of vaginal laxity as well as excess labial tissue and she desired tightening of the vagina (vagina rejuvenation) with labia reduction (labiaplasty). The surgery was performed as an outpatient and the patient at 3 months reported happiness with the surgery outcome and normal resumption of sexual activity.

This patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie in regards to male breast enlargement (Gynecomastia). He had a combination of excess fatty and glandular tissue and wanted a surgical procedure to have it reduced. Dr. Medalie performed the male breast reduction as an outpatient at his Cleveland East side surgery center. The procedure involved a combination of ultrasonic liposuction and sub-areolar resection of breast gland through a peri-areolar incision. The patient is shown three months later and is very happy with his flatter contour.

This pleasant 38 year old women came to Dr. Medalie in Cleveland, Ohio to discuss body contouring. She was interested in tummy tuck versus liposuction. She did not want surgical scars and after exploring all of her options decided for liposuction alone using the tumescent technique. Dr. Medalie performed the surgery in an outpatient setting on the east side of Cleveland. This 55 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland East side office for a “mommy makeover”. She had had two children and wanted to rejuvenate her breasts with breast implants as well as a small peri-areolar breast lift to decrease the size of her areola and elevate her nipples to a more central location on her breasts. She also wanted to flatten her stomach and get rid of the extras skin, fat and stretch marks. She elected to have bilateral breast augmentation with 270 cc, smooth, round saline implants. At the same time she had an Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) with side liposuction. She is shown 2 years after the surgery and is very pleased with her new body.

This patient from Clevealnd, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie of Clevealnd Plastic Surgery for nose reshaping. She wanted to retain her nasal structure but have a smaller more refined appearance. She did not like the width of the nose, her dorsal “hump” and the width of her nasal tip. She underwent an outpatient procedure on the west side of Clevealnd and after the procedure was very pleased with her new nasal contour. Pictures are shown at 9 months following surgery.

During the consultation it was decided to perform a full tummy tuck with flank and side liposuction. The surgery was performed as an outpatient at the Metrohealth West 150th street surgery center and the patient is shown 3 months after the procedure. She is very pleased with her new contour.
