Cleveland Plastic Surgery Case of the Week-Breast Reduction

This pleasant 28 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie for a bilateral breast reduction. She complained of chronic neck, shoulder and back pain from her very large breasts. Her pre-operative bra size was 44F. After her reduction mammoplasty she was a D cup and had excellent decrease in volume with a lift in the remaining breast tissue. She was very satisfied with the result.
