This patient from Columbus, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland, Ohio office in regards to gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction). He elected to undergoe ultrasonic liposuction in adddition to a small peri-areolar incision to remove sub-areolar glandular tissue during his chest reduction surgery. He is shown 6 months after the procedure with a much improved contour. His chest is smaller, and the nipples no longer sag or protrude in tighter fitting clothes. He is very pleased with the result.

This patient came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland, Ohio west side ofice to discuss liposuction and buttock augmentation via fat transfer (Brazillian Butt Lift). She had enough fatty tissue of the abdomen and sides for transplant and she understood that at least 50% of the fat would not survive the transplant process. The surgery was performed as an outpatient at Dr. Medalie’s west 150th street location in Cleveland and 500 ccs of fatty tissue was transferred to each side of the patient’s gluteal region. The patient is shown 9 months after the liposculpture and gluteal enhancement. She has good contouring of the abdomen and sides from the liposuction and she also has better buttock projection. Overall she is very pleased with her results.

She felt that her inner vaginal lips were too large and protruding and wanted them to be be recessed below the level of the outer labia majora. Her chief complaints were both cosmetic and functional (irritation and pulling when she exercised). This patient from Youngstown, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie to discuss breast augmentation for volume enhancement as well as symmetry correction. her right breast was smaller than her left breast and she desired diffeent sized implants to correct the asymmetry. Her breast enhancement surgery was performed in Cleveland, Ohio on the east side. During the surgery a 210 cc smooth round saline breast implant was placed on the left side and a 290 cc breast implant was placed on the right . She is shown one year after surgery and is very pleased with her breast asymmetry correction and her new breast size.

She had two children and had an episiotomy with each child birth. He had a combination of excess fatty and glandular tissue and wanted a surgical procedure to have it reduced. Dr. Medalie performed the male breast reduction as an outpatient at his Cleveland East side surgery center. The procedure involved a combination of ultrasonic liposuction and sub-areolar resection of breast gland through a peri-areolar incision.
