This patient from Youngstown, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie to discuss breast augmentation for volume enhancement as well as symmetry correction. her right breast was smaller than her left breast and she desired diffeent sized implants to correct the asymmetry. Her breast enhancement surgery was performed in Cleveland, Ohio on the east side. During the surgery a 210 cc smooth round saline breast implant was placed on the left side and a 290 cc breast implant was placed on the right . She is shown one year after surgery and is very pleased with her breast asymmetry correction and her new breast size.

This patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Beachwood office to discuss surgery after massive weight loss. She had a gastric bypass several years ago and lost 175 pounds. Her chief complaints were a large amount of excess skin and fatty tissue on the arms and abdomen and dramatically drooping breasts. Dr. Medalie agreed to perform a simultaneous tummy tuck with liposuction, breast lift and brachiaplasty (arm lift). After the surgery she had a dramatically improved body contour compared to her startign point and was very pleased with the operation.

This patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to Dr. Daniel Medalie at Cleveland Plastic Surgery seeking breast augmentation. She wanted implants to increase her overall breast size and and enhance her superior fullness. She underwent breast augmentation with 350 cc silicone smooth round, moderate profile plus implants and is shown three months after the procedure with fuller and rounder breasts and improved cleavage and superior fullness. Her breast enhancement was very successful.

This pleasant 25 year old patient of Dr. Medalie came from the Akron area with a request for breast enhancement. The surgery took place at MetroHealth’s West 150th street outpatient surgery center and took approximately 1.5 hours. During the breast augmentation procedure, she had 330-360 cc saline breast implants from Allergan (Inamed) placed and then filled to 360 ccs bilaterally. Post operatively she was very pleased with her new breast contour, having gone from an “A” cup to a full “C”.

This Ohio patient from came several years ago to see Dr. Medalie about her neck, shoulder and back pain. He diagnosed her with symptomatic macromastia and felt that a bilateral reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction and lift ) would be the best procedure for her. Her starting cup size was 38 F and she wanted to be a “C-D” cup post-operatively. He performed the cosmetic surgery as an outpatient at his aast side surgery center and the patient tolerated the surgery very well. At three months she was very pleased with her result and reported that her symptoms had completely resolved. The breast shape and nipple-areolar position and size were more symmetric and aesthetically appealing.

This patient from Beechwood, Ohio came to Dr. Medalie desiring breast and body contouring. She had two children and wanted to regain the fullness of her breasts during pregnancy as well as reduce the appearance of her breast stretch marks. She also wanted to reduce some of the fatty tissue of the abdomen and tighten the lower abdominal skin. During surgery it was decided to augment her with 330 cc saline “Natrelle” implants inflated to 360 cc. Liposuction was performed on the upper and lower abdomen and sides, and a limited lower abdominoplasty was performed to tighten the lower abdominal musculature and skin and help reduce some of the abdominal stretch marks. She was pleased with her post operative breast and body contour.
