She was an “A” cup and wanted to be a “C to D”. She was 5’4″ and 120 lbs and selected 350 cc moderate profile, smooth round silicone implants with a sub-muscular approach. This patient from Youngstown, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie to discuss breast augmentation for volume enhancement as well as symmetry correction. her right breast was smaller than her left breast and she desired diffeent sized implants to correct the asymmetry. Her breast enhancement surgery was performed in Cleveland, Ohio on the east side. During the surgery a 210 cc smooth round saline breast implant was placed on the left side and a 290 cc breast implant was placed on the right . She is shown one year after surgery and is very pleased with her breast asymmetry correction and her new breast size.

This 55 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland East side office for a “mommy makeover”. She had had two children and wanted to rejuvenate her breasts with breast implants as well as a small peri-areolar breast lift to decrease the size of her areola and elevate her nipples to a more central location on her breasts. She also wanted to flatten her stomach and get rid of the extras skin, fat and stretch marks. She elected to have bilateral breast augmentation with 270 cc, smooth, round saline implants. At the same time she had an Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) with side liposuction. She is shown 2 years after the surgery and is very pleased with her new body.

This patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie for a “Mommy Makeover”. She asked for breast augmentation with silicone breast implants and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction. She has three children and wanted to regain the full look of her breasts that she experienced during breast feeding. She also had moderate to severe laxity of the lower abdominal wall and requested muscle tightening. During the surgery 390 cc smooth round silicone breast implants were placed in a dual plane (partly under the breast and partly under the muscle). After the surgery her lower abdomen was flatter and the muscles much tighter. Her breasts were also fuller and rounder with good superior pole projection. She was very pleased with her mommy makeover.

She wanted implants to increase her overall breast size and and enhance her superior fullness. She underwent breast augmentation with 350 cc silicone smooth round, moderate profile plus implants and is shown three months after the procedure with fuller and rounder breasts and improved cleavage and superior fullness. This is an interesting series of pictures. It shows the change in breast appearance over time after breast implant insertion. This patient from Akron, Ohio desired breast enhancement with saline implants. She is 5ft 6″ and 130 lbs. Pre-operatively she was an ‘A’ cup, and her goal was to be a ‘C’ cup. She underwent breast augmentation surgery in Cleveland with Allergan “Natrelle” style saline implants. The implants were style 68 , smooth , round, moderate profile 330 cc filled to 360 ccs bilaterally. The pictures show her front and oblique views pre-operatively, 1week after surgery and 3 months after surgery. It can be clearly seen that the breast implants have settled and become much more natural appearing at the three month mark. This Cleveland,Ohio patient was interested in breast augmentation with silicone implants. She is 5ft1” and weighs 110 lbs. She consulted with Dr. Medalie and decided on Mentor silicone smooth round implants. The implant volume was 325 cc and the implant contour was moderate profile plus. The pictures show her three months after surgery. She has excellent contour and symmetry and the implants are soft and mobile.
