This patient from Akron, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Beachwood office. She desired breast implants and wanted to be a full D cup. She is 5′ 8″ and 145 lbs and was a full B cup prior to surgery. Because she had enough tissue to adequately cover the implants, Dr. Medalie recommended smooth, round Allergan saline implants. She had excess skin and large fat bags under the eyes, and Dr. Medalie proposed lower lid skin removal with fat re-draping over the orbital rim to blend the eyelid and cheek junction. She desired labia minora reduction (labiaplasty) with the goal of removing the excess tissue as well as tightening the lips to make them appear less irregular. This rhinoplasty patient from Akron, Ohio came to Dr. Medalie seeking minimally invasive nasal recontouring. He complained of a bump on his nose and wide nasal bones. He was reluctant to undergo a big procedure and asked if the surgery could be done with no external incisions. dr. Medalie agreed and performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions all inside the nose. The dorsal hump was removed and the the nasal bones at the base were narrowed. These three snow patients came from Shaker Heights, Ohio and were just lying on the ground wondering what to do with themselves. Dr. Medalie happened to live in the house right behind them and recommended immediate face lifting to give them that exciting three dimensional look that is often missing from regular snow patients. They looked at all of their options and decided against the conventional three ball approach. Instead they chose the Picassoid cubist look to set themselves apart from the rest of the snow patient community. Being very good friends, they opted to have the face lift procedure performed simultaneously and also chose to share the recovery period in the same location. After the 2.5 hour surgery they were very pleased with the result and were told by Dr. Medalie to keep out of the sun and expose themselves only to cold weather in order to prolong the results.
This pleasant 25 year old patient of Dr. Medalie came from the Akron area with a request for breast enhancement.
