Mommy makeover with abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks and abdomen as well as a full vertical breast lift and breast augmentation with simultaneous 300 cc Natrelle saline breast implants. She is shown three months out from surgery and her scars are still a little visible and red. They will settle down over time and become simple white lines.
