To all of my past and future patients, after nearly 30 years in practice, I have decided to RETIRE at the end of May 2027.
It has been a unique privilege to care for my patients over the years, and I sincerely appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in me and my staff.
My office will continue to see and care for patients through May 2027 and we will respond to email inquiries through December 2027. I will also continue performing surgeries until the end of April/mid May. As we get closer to my retirement, we will provide additional information to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

DANIEL A. MEDALIE, MD
Dr. Medalie has had the most intensive training at the finest institutions. Perhaps even more important than his background is Dr. Medalie’s intense commitment to his patients’ welfare. Dr. Medalie and his staff stress honesty above all else. He will not operate on a patient in Cleveland without making sure that they are fully informed of the risks and benefits of any and all procedures.
A board certified plastic surgeon and specialized cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Medalie focuses his talents on a broad selection of plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures. These include breast augmentation (implants and fat injection), tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, labiaplasty (labia minora and majora reduction), and vaginal rejuvenation (vaginoplasty).
Dr. Medalie’s specialties also include female to male (FtM) and male to female (MtF) transgender top surgery (particularly FtM top surgery). Dr. Medalie is an avid photographer and brings his artistic eye to the OR in every case. It is his goal to use his artistic sensibilities to deliver the finest aesthetic results possible.
