Cleveland Plastic Surgery made my entire surgical experience a breeze. The staff is compassionate, caring and understanding. Dr. Medalie is an incredible surgeon, the results couldn't be better. He was great about explaining the process and making sure I knew what to expect. He operates out of an outpatient facility, which was clean and professional. The only con I could say is that the staff at the surgical facility don't tell you that you can't have a support person with you when they take you back, so I didn't get a chance to properly part from my wife beforehand. As a person with anxiety going through my first surgery, that was a bit harrowing and did put a bad taste in my mouth about lack of information. However, the care team and anesthesia team were very kind and professional, so I was able to atleast use my phone before I was taken back.

I have been a patient of Dr Medalie since 2007. He has always taken great care of me and has always been professional and friendly. His staff is also very kind and professional. It may seem silly to some, but the work Dr Medalie has done on me changed my entire life. It gave me the confidence to truly be myself and LOVE myself, as I am now truly comfortable in my own skin. I had DI top surgery with Dr. Medalie and the process was smooth starting from consultation to my post op appointment. His work is incredible and I am so happy with my results and it’s only been two weeks post surgery! This was absolutely life changing for me and I’d recommend him to anyone. I had double incision top surgery with Dr. Daniel Medalie in 2020 and I can not express how happy I am with my results and the whole experience. This man has changed my life, I could not be happier. The scars look great, the nipple size and placement is near perfect, a pretty easy recovery too. His nurse and all of his staff were super kind and nice to work with, also very knowledgable and helpful. Dr. Medalie has some of the best results I've personally seen compared to other surgeons for top surgery. If possible, it is so worth paying out of pocket. I consulted with a different surgeon prior to Dr. Medalie (because of financial reasons) and I was not at all comfortable leaving that consultation. After having a consultation with Dr. Medalie, he made me feel very comfortable and was honest. At the time I'm writing this, I'm just over 4 years post-op and can not thank him and his team enough for making such a scary and important thing as easy and smooth as it could have been. And most important, making me feel more at home in my body, I can finally look in the mirror and smile.
