Dr. Medalie’s Office Hours are 8:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday. His patient care manager, Valerie, can provide patient information during those hours.

The payment options that we accept are the 6 month/no interest and the extended plans of 24 or 36 months. Â The extended plans have interest.

We’re pleased to also offer our patients Alphaeon Credit® as a payment option.
Every surgery has a risk of complication – cosmetic surgery is no different. Our office automatically enrolls you in the CosmetAssure program with every major surgical procedure. This covers you if you need to go to the ER or back to the OR within 30 days of your initial surgery.

Please be prepared to provide this information to our office. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.
