Breast Augmentation with 425 cc silicone smooth round implants in the sub- glandular (sub-fascial) plane. The patient is 5’5″ and 120 lbs. Because this patient had some breast droop from pregnancy, it was decided to perform the augmentation directly under the breast gland instead of partially under the muscle. This helped expand the breast and elevate the nipples back to a more centered position. The patient is shown 3 months after her surgery.
