FtM Top Surgery Revision with Liposuction of Dog Ears

Case ID: 5752

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

This patient came to see Dr. Medalie at Cleveland Plastic Surgery after having had FtM DI top surgery by another practitioner. Hi chief complaint was bilateral dog ears making his sides look boxy. Dr. Medalie felt that his main problem was retained lateral fatty tissue and that liposuction under local anesthesia would be effective in correcting the problem. He underwent the procedure in Dr. Medalie’s clinic and 400cc of lipoaspirate was removed in total. He is shown 3 months after the surgery with a new chest contour as well as new tattoos that effectively cover his pre-existing scars. He is very pleased with his chest results.
