This 38 year old patient came to see Dr. Medalie at his west side office in Cleveland, Ohio to discuss mommy makeover. She is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and desired breast augmentation with silicone implants as well as a tummy tuck. She wanted to avoid the scars of a breast lift and knew that she might have a small amount of droop post-operatively. It was decided to perform the breast augmentation with 350 cc smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants as well as a full abdominoplasty with abdomen and side liposuction.
