Case Details
The patient had two children and had a great deal of droop and deflation of the breasts. She came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland Beachwood office to discuss breast enhancement and elected to undergo a breast augmentation procedure. Breast augmentation was performed with silicone moderate profile plus breast implants, 350 cc, in the sub-glandular/sub-fascial plane. The patient was very pleased with her new fuller breasts and is shown three months after the surgery.
