This pleasant 23 year old woman came to see Dr. Medalie at his Beachwood office desiring breast augmentation. After careful discussion of her choices and the risks and benefits of breast implants she decided to proceed with the surgery. Her operation was a 1 hour outpatient surgery at the Brainard surgery center, and she elected to have 330 cc smooth round saline breast implants placed in the sub-muscular position. She is shown 3 months after her breast enhancement procedure and is very happy with her results.
