Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation with Saline Breast Implants

Case Details

This pleasant 32 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland west side office. She had had three children and complained of severe breast droop and loss of volume. She agreed with Dr. Medalie’s assessment that she needed both  a breast lift to reposition the nipples as well as breast implants to add volume and superior fullness. The surgery was performed as an outpatient at Dr. Medalie’s west 150th surgery center location. At the time 450 cc saline breast implants were placed under the muscle and a breast lift was performed. She is shown three months after the procedure and is very pleased with her new breast size and shape.
