This patient came to see Dr. medalie at Cleveland Plastic Surgery to discuss vaginal rejuvenation. She had a chief complaint of a great deal of excess vulvar tissue especially involving the labia minora and clitoral hood. This excess tissue was interfering with her daily activities and made her embarrassed to wear tights or a bathing suit. She elected to undergo an outpatient labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction under local anesthesia with mild oral sedation and is pictured 6 months after her procedure. She has had a dramatic reduction in her excess tissue and is extremely pleased with her newly contoured labia and clitoral hood.
