This pleasant 33 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his Cleveland East side office in Beachwood, Ohio. She desired a “mommy makeover” consisting of a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction. During the consultation Dr. Medalie determined that she was a good candidate for a mini abdominoplasty (lower abdominal tissue treated with surgery and the upper abdominal areas and sides treated with liposuction) and insertion of saline breast implants. She is shown 3 months after surgery with excellent abdominal and side contour resulting from her liposuction and mini tummy tuck, as well as good breast projection and superior fullness from her breast implants.
