This pleasant young patient from Akron, Ohio complained of excessive puffiness under her eyelids (especially her right lower eyelid). Though she was in her twenties, she had a genetic excess of fatty tissue in the lower lids. A limited blepharoplasty with fat removal was performed. Post-operatively her lower lids had an even contour, and no puffiness could be seen. The scar was imperceptable.
