This patient contacted Dr. Medalie seeking ftm gender affirmation top surgery with chest masculinization via a double incision mastectomy and nipple grafts. He also was interested in body contouring with a full tummy tuck and liposuction. This entire procedure was performed as an outpatient in a 4 hour operation. He went home the same day. He is shown pre-op in the operating holding area and then with the surgery complete and still on the operating room table. One can clearly see his new flat chest contour with nipple graft dressings in place as well as his nicely contoured abdomen.
