This pleasant patient came to see Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his office in Beachwood, Ohio. She was interested in multiple procedures including Brachioplasty (arm lift) , tummy tuck and breast augmentation and lift. She had had several pregnancies as well as a large amount of weight loss and had loose skin and retained fatty tissue of the upper arms. She had all three procedures in a large outpatient operation and this case shows the before and after results of her arm lift. During the surgery, liposuction was performed to thin the retained fat in the upper arm and then a medial arm incision was made and dissected towards the posterior arm. Excess skin was draped and removed and the incision was closed with absorbable sutures. She is shown 1 year out from her brachioplasty surgery with good fading of the scar and a much improved arm contour. She is very happy with her combination surgery
