This is a 27 year old patient who was seeking gender affirmation FtM top surgery. I received a therapist letter stating that the patient was ready for this irreversible and life changing procedure and the surgery was scheduled in the outpatient setting. The top surgery procedure took 90 minutes and had no complications. The post operative photo was sent to us by the patient 2 years after his surgery, and he is very pleased with the results. Note that the double incision scar has been set into the shadow of the pectoralis major muscle to disguise it and the nipples have excellent survival and position. The patient has also lost weight on his own and this enhances the effect of the surgery.
