This pleasant patient from Cleveland , Ohio contacted Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his Cleveland, Ohio west side office to discuss breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She wanted to be a full “C’ cup after the breast enhancement surgery and elected to have 350 cc, smooth, round moderate profile saline implants placed in the sub-muscular plane. She is shown only 6 weeks after her breast enlargement procedure and is very pleased with her breast implant surgery.She can anticipate further relaxation of the tissue with a softer and more rounded appearance of her breasts in the next several months.
