Cleveland Plastic Surgery Case of the Week-Mommy Makeover with Breast Augmentation and Lower Abdominoplasty and Liposuction

This 30 year old patient from Cleveland, Ohio came to see Dr. Medalie at his Cleveland West side office for a “mommy makeover”. She had had two children and wanted to rejuvenate her breasts with breast implants. She also wanted to flatten her stomach and get rid of the extras skin, fat and stretch marks. She elected to have bilateral breast augmentation with 330 cc, smooth, round saline implants. At the same time she had a lower abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck) with side and upper abdomen liposuction. She is shown 9 months after the surgery and is very pleased with her new body.
